4. Request a call back or email from your IKE device in the field
You can also submit a Support Ticket directly from your IKE device within the IKE Field app
- Tap the top left menu and select “Get Support”
- Tap orange button “Request Support” or scan QR code with your smartphone’s camera
- The Submit a request form will open
- Please fill out the most pertinent information (device serial number and a brief description of the issue) and select “Submit” at the bottom of the form
