In addition to the form tools, there are option checkboxes that allow a form field to be cloned or labeled. IKE Office Pro accounts have additional tool form fields as well as additional option checkboxes.
Cloneable Fields
When this option is checked, the field will carry the data that was input in one collection over to the next within the same job.
The field can still be edited, but this allows for time-saving when entering repetitive data. For example, form creators may select “Pole Type” to be cloned because the field user is typically collecting data on poles in the same area that are mostly the same size and type.
Label Fields
When the Label option is checked, this field’s entry will act as a label for an associated Height tool on the IKE Photo.
For example, within a subform you have an “Equipment type” field, an “Equipment height” field, and a “Notes” field. The form creator could choose to use “Notes’’ or “Equipment type” as the label field, but “Equipment type” is more useful for their purposes. When data collected on that form is viewed in IKE Office, a user will set the height for the equipment on an IKE Photo and the photo will show the equipment annotation with both the height and whatever was selected in the “Equipment type” field. The label will appear similar to the example photo where you can see the annotation on the IKE Photo and the Equipment type are the same.
