Upon initial installation, the PoleForeman software is unregistered. While unregistered, the app will run for a limited time only, typically 60 days. The registration codes are unique to each machine and therefore require each user to submit the registration request from their computer. We are unable to provide registration codes prior to the app’s installation on a machine.
To register the app, follow the steps below. You can also download the attached PDF to share these steps with users.
To Register:
- Start PoleForeman
- On the initial PoleForeman startup screen, click the Registration tab.
- Enter Name and Company
- Click “Registration Code Request” . This action will generate an email1 addressed to poleforeman-support@ikegps.com that contains the application code needed to create the registration code
- Once we receive the registration code request email, we’ll reply to the email request with the
registration code.
*Note: If you do not have email on the machine you have installed PoleForeman on or, the registration email does not otherwise get created in your default email program, you can screenshot (or snip) the software registration screen and email that screenshot to support@ikegps.com.
