Upon initial installation, the PoleForeman software is unregistered. While unregistered, the app will run for a limited time only, typically 60 days.
The registration codes are unique to each machine and therefore require each user to submit the registration request from their computer. If the user is no longer with the company or no longer use PoleForeman on a particular machine, we can transfer the license to the new user.
To transfer the license, user shall follow the steps below.
To Transfer:
- Uninstall PoleForeman/SagLine from user’s computer that you want the license to be transferred from.
- Install PoleForeman in the new computer that you want the license to be moved.
- Start PoleForeman from the new computer.
- On the initial PoleForeman startup screen, click the Registration tab.
- Enter Name and Company
- Click “Registration Code Request” . This action will generate an email addressed to poleforeman-support@ikegps.com that contains the application code needed to create the registration code.
- Once we receive the registration code request email, we’ll reply to the email request with the registration code.
