This is the comprehensive visual guide to resetting your IKE 4 back to the original out-of-box state.
This guide covers clearing the device memory as well as the SD card for 1600, 2600 and 3600 serial number ranges.

Be sure to upload all your data
- This will erase all data on the IKE

Perform a factory reset
- Tap on Settings (gear icon) in apps > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone
- The IKE will take a few minutes to reset, then reboot

Clear the SD card
- Ensure that you do not need to retain any data. Upload any remaining data. Everything WILL be deleted.
- Select the white circle button from the homepage to view all app.
- Select the app “File Manager”
- Within File Explorer/Files Files, click through the folder until you get to: SD Card/ Android/ data
- Long press on the folder com.ikegps.dragon to select it.
- Select delete (the trash can icon) at the bottom of the screen to delete the folder
- Say “OK” when asked to confirm the deletion. The data on the SD card will delete. It may take up to a few minutes for the deletion to finish.
- Reconnect to a Wi-Fi network

Download IKE Field using this URL: office.ikegps.com/v1/apk
- Use the Android web browser on the device for the URL above
- Once downloaded drag your finger down from the top of the screen and tap the package to install

Be sure to upload all your data
- This will erase all data on the IKE

Perform a factory reset
- Tap on Settings (gear icon) in apps > System > Advanced > Reset Options > Erase all data (factory reset)
- The IKE will take a few minutes to reboot

Clear the SD card
- Tap on Files in apps > upper left hand corner (3 bars) > SanDisk SD card > upper right hand corner (3 dots) > Storage settings > Format > FORMAT SD CARD
- Do NOT select "Format as internal"
- Tap on Files in apps > upper left hand corner (3 bars) > SanDisk SD card > upper right hand corner (3 dots) > Storage settings > Format > FORMAT SD CARD
- Reconnect to a Wi-Fi network
- If you do not see the IKE Field app loaded use the IKE Update app to reinstall the app
