IKE PoleForeman licenses are managed by administrators in IKE Access. Please follow the steps below to transfer an IKE PoleForeman license from one user to another.
Step 1: Log into IKE Access
- Ensure you have administrator access. Only administrators can manage licenses.
Step 2: Revoke the Existing User's License
- On the left-hand panel, select IKE PoleForeman.
- Locate the user you want to remove the license from.
- You can search for their name in the search bar under Users.
- Users with an IKE PoleForeman license will have a green checkmark under the IKE PoleForeman License column.
- Click Action > Manage License and Roles on the right-hand side of the user’s row.
- Select Revoke to remove the license.
Step 3: Assign the License to a New User
- Find the new user who needs the license:
- If the user isn’t in IKE Access yet, go to Home > Add User and add them first.
- Once the user is added, navigate to IKE PoleForeman page on the left-hand panel then go to Action > Manage License and Roles for that user.
- Click Assign.
- Select the IKE PoleForeman seat and click Submit.
- Confirm that the new user has a green checkmark under the IKE PoleForeman License column.
