Third Party Database Access by Organization
Manage and monitor external user access to your organization's PoleForeman equipment database.
What is Third Party Organization Access?
Third Party Organization Access allows your team to securely share access to your PoleForeman data with partner organizations (such as contractors or engineering firms). You stay in control—enabling, managing, and removing access whenever needed.
How to Get Started
1. Request Access Setup
To link a third party organization to your database, have someone with Administrator permissions contact:
- IKE Support, or
- Your IKE Account Manager
They’ll help configure the necessary connection.
2. Manage Access at the Organization Level
Once a third party organization is linked, you can enable or disable their access from the IKE Access portal.
- Navigate to:
IKE Access > Organization Options - Check the box next to the partner organization to grant access
- PLEASE NOTE: Access is disabled by default until you enable it
- Uncheck to remove access
✅ Granting access gives all users in that organization visibility into your PoleForeman database, when they use IKE PoleForeman.
View Who Has Access
From the IKE PoleForeman page, select the THIRD PARTY USERS tab in order to:
- See a full list of users with access to your database
- Verify their organization, email, app version, and database version
- Confirm that only authorized individuals are connected
This provides an at-a-glance view to help you maintain security and compliance.
