Calibrate Compass

We recommend calibrating the IKE Device compass weekly. This must be done outside and the unit should be off of the tripod.

Follow the steps below: 

1. After logging into IKE Field, open the main menu, and select 'Calibrate compass'
2. Tap 'Start' to go through the guided compass calibration process.
   
   
   
   
3. You will need to turn the IKE unit to align the logo on the below screen to the circle. This is easiest if you stand in the same direction that the IKE is pointing.
   
   
   
   
4. Follow the prompts on the screen until all rotations have been completed
5. The unit will produce a PASS or FAIL notification when complete

If the unit fails calibration, we recommend backing out of the calibration screen and then starting the process over. We also suggest altering the device rotation speed in order to get it to pass.
