When attempting to enter Admin Mode in IKE PoleForeman, you will be prompted to enter an admin password. This password is called the Admin Menu Access Code and is set and stored in your organization's Database Admin Portal.

Follow the steps below to locate and set the Admin Menu Access Code.

Step 1: Log in to the Database Admin Portal

Navigate to the Database Admin Portal and log in using your credentials:

Requirement: You must be assigned to the "Database Admin Role" in IKE Access.

Step 2: Navigate to Operating Companies

From the left-hand navigation menu, select Operating Companies under the DATABASE section.

Step 3: Locate the Admin Menu Access Code

Scroll to the bottom of the Operating Companies page. There you will find the Admin Menu Access Code field. This is the password used to access Admin Mode in IKE PoleForeman.

Step 4: Set or Update the Admin Menu Access Code (Optional)

If no Admin Menu Access Code has been set, or if you need to update it, enter your desired password in the Admin Menu Access Code field and save your changes.

Step 5: Use the Password in IKE PoleForeman

Once you have the Admin Menu Access Code, return to IKE PoleForeman. Select Tools > Admin Mode When prompted with the "Please enter Admin Password" dialog, enter the code from the Database Admin Portal and click OK.

Note: The Admin Menu Access Code is not the same as your IKE PoleForeman login password. If you do not have access to the Database Admin Portal, please contact your organization's IKE Access Administrator.
