There are two methods to recover jobs or poles in IKE Office that have been mistakenly deleted.

Re-upload the jobs from the IKE Device

• Jobs and poles can be made available for sync again by changing anything on the pole
• In IKE Field go in to the form for a pole and make any change to the form
  • Most commonly users will add a "." in a field 
• Re-upload the jobs/poles from IKE Field to IKE Office

Request the jobs be restored by the IKE Support Team

• Submit the request here
• In your submission be sure to include:
  • Department name
  • Job name
  • Time/date the job was deleted
