There are two methods to recover jobs or poles in IKE Office that have been mistakenly deleted.
Re-upload the jobs from the IKE Device
- Jobs and poles can be made available for sync again by changing anything on the pole
- In IKE Field go in to the form for a pole and make any change to the form
- Most commonly users will add a "." in a field
- Re-upload the jobs/poles from IKE Field to IKE Office
Request the jobs be restored by the IKE Support Team
- Submit the request here
- In your submission be sure to include:
- Department name
- Job name
- Time/date the job was deleted
