Background: What is an IKE ID?
An IKE ID is a common account that is used to access all IKE platforms. This account is created by an email link that is sent out when you're first granted access to an IKE Office department or IKE PoleForeman.
Your IKE ID provides access to the following platforms when permissions allow:
- IKE Field (field app on the device)
- IKE Office / IKE Office Pro
- IKE PoleForeman
- IKE Access (licensing server for IKE Office Pro)
- IKE Support Portal
*In special circumstances a company may use their own account infrastructure (SSO - Single Sign On) to gain access to IKE platforms. In these cases you'll see your generic company login screen instead of the IKE screen. For assistance with SSO please seek assistance from an IT administrator within your organization*
There are three main reasons why a user can't log into IKE Office:
- You entered the wrong password
- You don't have access to any departments
- If you're not assigned to any departments IKE Office will load a blank screen
- Your IKE ID was created before your company email address was active
- Common issue with new employees
- The email was blocked by IKE's server because it was an undeliverable email address
1. Reset the password for your IKE ID
- Navigate to IKE Office
- Click "Login with IKE ID"
- Enter your email address
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address & click "Continue"
- A password reset email will be sent your email address
- The email is coming from "noreply@accounts.ikegps.com"
- You may need to check your junk mail
- If you don't receive the email:
- Have an IKE Office administrator OR another IKE Office user from your organization submit a password reset from their own workstation
- They will need to follow the same steps as above and submit your email address
- Have an IKE Office administrator doublecheck that you've been added to a department in IKE Office
- Have an IT administrator check to see if "noreply@accounts.ikegps.com" is being blocked by your IT infrastructure
- Have an IKE Office administrator OR another IKE Office user from your organization submit a password reset from their own workstation
2. Have an IKE Office administrator doublecheck that you've been added to a department in IKE Office
- Your access may have been changed

- You may have been mistakenly removed from the department(s)
- If you're not assigned to any departments IKE Office will load a blank screen
3. If you're still unable to log into IKE Office contact us here and IKE Support will investigate for you

- Your company is using IKE Office Pro but you haven't been assigned a license
- You'll need to contact your IKE Access administrator
- This is often the same person as the IKE Office administrator for your organization
