You may be experiencing an issue trying to export from IKE Office. Below you'll find a list of common reasons and how troubleshoot:
1. You receive the error "You do not have a license to perform this action"

- This means you do not have an IKE Office Pro license assigned to you
- Reach out to your IKE Access administrator and have them assign you a license
- This is often the same person who is an IKE Office administrator

- Once you have a license, you can complete your export
2. You are doing a large export and the export is failing

- IKE Office has an export limit of 2500 poles
- Split up your large export in groups of 2000 and then merge the exports or
- Leverage the API to do an export of all poles
3. You are attempting to export a very large IKE Report or Photo Report

- File sizes over 500MB can be problematic
- Depending on how many photos you have in your report, it may take some time to load
- Hardware limitation such as CPU or RAM may affect this behavior
- Your internet speed can also affect the report generation
- Try the following to get your report to load:
- Close all open tabs on your browser except IKE Office
- Clear all cache and cookies on your current browser
- Try exporting your report on a different browser (Mozilla FireFox is good with PDFs)
- Downsize the amount of poles you are attempting to include in your report
