There are two reasons why you're unable to save changes in IKE Office Pro:
Symptom #1: The save change icon is greyed out
Reason: Your role in IKE Office Pro is set to "Viewer"
Resolution: Have an Administrator for your organization in IKE Office change your role to a permission level within that department that allows changes to be made. This role is set per department. This may explain why you're able to make changes in one department but not in another. More information on assigning user roles can be found in these articles:

Symptom #2: "You do not have a license to perform this action" appears at the top of the screen
Reason: You have not been assigned a license in IKE Access (access.ikegps.com)
Resolution: Have an Administrator for your organization assign you a license in IKE Access. More information on assigning licenses in IKE Access can be found in the article below:
