Know your role
User Roles define what functionality a user can access in IKE Office Pro.
IKE Office PRO Account Admins can assign 1 of 6 different role types to each of the people in their IKE Office department. Below is a break down of some important functionality in IKE Office & IKE Field and what each role can access.
- Roles are assigned on the department level.
Your role in one department is separate from what your role is in another department. - Admins are the only role type who can manage users in any way.
Admins can invite and remove any user and set user roles. - Admins cannot demote themselves to a different role.
