Data Round Trip

If your company has access to IKE Office Pro features, you can download jobs and collections into the IKE Field app from IKE Office using the Data Round Trip functionality.

To download jobs, follow the steps below:

1. Ensure you're logged into IKE Field and connected to Wi-Fi
2. Make sure the correct department is active in IKE Field Menu
3. You should see two options at the bottom of your screen - 'All jobs' and 'My Jobs'
4. Select 'All jobs'
5. You'll then see a list of all jobs from the department
6. Select the job(s) that you want to download to the device
7. With job(s) selected, hit the Download button that appears in upper right corner
8. Allow job to download
   1. This can take upwards of 30 minutes for large collections.

Common problems:

I'm unable to download jobs. I'm getting a "0/X jobs downloaded" error.

• By default IKE Field will not download any jobs from IKE Office with existing photos
  • You must enable "Download Collections with Captures" in IKE Field
    • In IKE Field tap the upper left hand corner > Settings > Enable "Download Collections with Captures."
