IKE Field may require you to log in from time to time. For security reasons user sessions are set to expire at set intervals.

You can use the Mozilla Firefox browser on the IKE devices to help you save your login credentials and create an easier way to log into IKE Field.

1. Open up IKE Field. If you are already logged in, click the hamburger menu and select 'Logout'.
2. Click 'Login'. IKE Field should default you to Firefox when you land on the login page.
3. Once you login, you'll see a pop-up that will ask to save your login. Click on Save as seen below.
4. This should allow you to login with ease moving forward.

Please note this only applies to the 3600 series IKE devices. If for some reason you don't see this option, it is likely you don't have Firefox installed. You'll need to go into the IKE Update app and select 'Check for Updates'. This will install Firefox on the device and allow you to save your credentials.
