Currently, there is not a simple option to change your email associated with your IKE ID. This is due to a number of technical reasons.
If you do require an email change, the easiest way would be to create a new IKE ID altogether using your new email address. This can be accomplished by an IKE Office administrator for your organization by adding your new email address and manually duplicating your current access. Once your new account is set up an IKE Office administrator can remove the old account.
Once you have been invited with your new email, check your inbox or spam/junk folder to set the password for your new account. After you've accepted the first department invite and have set a password subsequent department invites will not require you to click the link in the email. You will be automatically added as soon as you're invited to other departments.
Please note if your organization is managed by licenses, you’ll need your IKE Access administrator to also assign your new email a license in addition to adding your new email address to the department(s).
