The size of your IKE Report, Photo Report, or Composite Photo Report can vary greatly depending on the following factors:

• Amount of jobs/poles you are exporting at once
• Amount of photos taken in each collection
• Complexity of your form and the required data points collected in the field

You may see some of the file sizes over 500 MB and sometimes even approaching 1 GB in size. While we do our best to compress the file size, the way PDFs are created in general can make the size of the report rather large.

If you run into issues while generating your report such as an unresponsive browser or long load times, you can do the following the help generate your report:

• Export less poles at a time
• Try a different browser or clear cookies/cache on your existing browser
• Use the 'hide image' button on photos you don't want to include in your report (IKE Office Pro only)
