Base Form is a ready-made form template in IKE Office's Form Builder designed to get your team collecting data in the field as quickly as possible. It includes a set of core fields (Pole ID, Circumference, Location, IKE Photo, and Equipment/Anchor/Span subforms) that are locked by design. 

 
These locked fields exist to protect data integrity and ensure a smooth migration path to PLA-specific forms for IKE PoleForeman, O-Calc and SPIDAcalc down the line. For more information on the Base Form please reference the article below.

Locked fields cannot be removed from a form that's already been started, that's a limitation of how Base Form functions.

 
What we can do is create you a brand new blank form to start fresh. This way you'll have a clean slate to build from, and you can customize it how you see fit.
