There are two main reasons why a user can't log into IKE PoleForeman.
- You haven't been assigned an IKE PoleForeman license in IKE Access
- You may receive the error "Application is not licensed and will shut down when this window is closed"
- A temporary file on your workstation is preventing the application from opening normally
- The application may open but close unexpectedly
Try the following steps.
Ensure you have a license assigned for IKE PoleForeman
- Log into the IKE Access licensing server at access.ikegps.com
- You must have Administrator privileges for the following steps
- If you do not have Administrator privileges contact your supervisor
- If you're unsure of who your Administrator is reach out to IKE Support here
- You must have Administrator privileges for the following steps
- Ensure you have a license assigned
- Click "IKE PoleForeman" on the left-hand panel
- Search for your email address
- Ensure there's a green check mark under the "IKE PoleForeman License" column
- Click "Action" > "Manage License and Roles" > "Assign" > "Seat" to assign a license

If you have a license assigned try unassigning and reassigning the license
- Search for the username in the IKE PoleForeman page of IKE Access
- Click "Action" > "Manage License and Roles" > "Assign" > "Revoke" on the IKE PoleForeman Seat listing
- Click "+Assign" then "Seat" to reassign the license
Delete IKE PoleForeman temporary files from your workstation
- Delete the folder below from your workstation then re-launch the application
- C:\Users\<Insert your Username>\AppData\Local\ikeGPS\IKE PoleForeman
- When you re-launch the application it may take several minutes to re-download the database(s)
