-
At the login screen tap "Check for Updates" at the bottom
- You may need to acknowledge some software & security errors to reach this screen
-
This update button may be hidden behind the onscreen keyboard
- Press the down arrow to close the keyboard
-
Install the latest version of IKE Field
- Tap "Update" then "Install"
- Open the newly installed IKE Field when prompted
-
Install the new security certificate
- Tap "Install" when prompted
- The name can be set to anything. "IKE" is acceptable
- Credential use: VPN and apps
-
The new security certificate will require you to set a PIN
- Complete this step when prompted
-
Create a 4-digit PIN that is easy to remember
- Share this with other users of the device
You should now be able to log into IKE Field successfully without encountering errors. If this guide did not resolve your issue please contact us here.
