Issue
Your IKE device (3600 series) is displaying the following screen and is unable to boot normally into IKE Field:
This occurs when the device becomes stuck in a laser bootloader cycle.
Resolution
You can resolve this by booting the device into Android Recovery Mode and restarting the system from there.
Follow the steps below:
- Power off the device completely. If the screen is frozen, hold the power button until the device shuts down.
- Enter Recovery Mode. With the device powered off, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously, applying equal pressure to both. A screen with a green "START" option will appear.
- Navigate to Recovery Mode. Use the Volume buttons to scroll through the options until "Recovery mode" appears at the top of the screen.
- Select Recovery Mode. Press the Power button to confirm. The device will reboot into the Recovery Mode menu.
- Select "Reboot system now". Use the Volume buttons to scroll to "Reboot system now", then press the Power button to select it.
- Wait for the device to boot. The device should now restart and boot normally into IKE Field.
