IKE Field v1.10.0 includes a 'Clear All Data' option that allows you to delete all pole collection data stored on your device. This is useful when preparing a device for a new user, troubleshooting storage issues, or starting fresh with field data collection.
Before You Begin
Important: This action permanently deletes all field collection data on the device, including data collected by previous users across all departments. Make sure any data you need has been uploaded to IKE Office before proceeding.
Steps
- Log in to IKE Field.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner to open Settings.
Select Clear All Data.
- In the confirmation window, type
IKEGPSin the text field, then tap Delete.
Note: To cancel, tap Cancel to return to the Jobs screen without deleting any data. - Tap Ok in the next confirmation window.
- The app will delete all data and restart automatically.
You may be prompted to log in again after the app restarts. Once logged in, your device is ready for continued use.
Additional Notes
This feature replaces the previous method of clearing the SD card using the Files app, providing a simpler way to manage device data directly within IKE Field.
