If the laser on your IKE Device isn’t focusing or the distance readings are bouncing while trying to take a photo, it may be caused by an internal connection issue. To help resolve this, we recommend performing a full factory reset and clearing the SD card on your device.

After completing these steps, if the laser is still bouncing or won’t focus, please reach out to the IKE Support Team.
When you contact us, include the device serial number, a brief description of the issue, and note that you’ve already performed a factory reset. Our team will then assist you with next steps.
